**Job Description**:
We are looking for a passionate and analytical Principal Business Analyst to join our growing AI Products & Solutions team at Mediacorp. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge AI technology. You will partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI science, and product management to translate business objectives into actionable AI solutions that drive strategic growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather in-depth understanding of their challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to identify areas where AI can be leveraged to achieve business goals
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for AI solutions
- Develop and document business cases for AI projects, including potential ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and post-launch support
- Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI products and solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of success in delivering impactful projects
- Proven experience in working with AI and machine learning concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
- Experience in Generative AI is a plus
- A passion for the media industry and a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape
