Principal Analyst - Senior Principal Analyst (Strategic & Corporate Planning/ Policy and Planning Dept)We are looking for a Principal Analyst to be part of a dynamic team responsible for planning, allocation, and management of corporate resources, facilitating funding for strategic initiatives, developing frameworks for the Singapore Energy Transition (SET), supporting organization-wide efforts for emerging needs, and building tools and dashboards for resource visibility. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, allocation, and management of corporate resources, including budget, manpower, and office space. Facilitate and administer funding for strategic corporate and energy sector initiatives. Develop frameworks and schemes to strengthen capabilities needed for the Singapore Energy Transition (SET). Support organization-wide efforts to plan for emerging needs and structural shifts arising from the SET. Develop tools and dashboards to improve visibility of resource deployment and support decision-making by senior management. Requirements Good degree in business, public policy, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a good understanding of planning and resource management principles. Good communication and coordination skills to work across teams and functions. Proactive and organized approach to managing workstreams and deadlines. Prior experience in budgeting, planning, or policy-related roles is an advantage.
