**About the Team**

The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs.

**Responsibilities**

1. Focus on the company's long-term, medium-term and short-term business strategic goals and assist management in formulating the globalization plan;
2. Work closely with business leaders to sort out and analyze the globalization feasibility and implementation roadmap of each core business line based on detailed research and surveys; 3. Based on industry trend research and business status analysis, propose business insights and specific delivery plans to promote final decisions;
4. Connect the resources of relevant teams inside and outside the company to ensure the project is delivered on time and with quality.

**Minimum Qualifications**

1. Advantageous to have 5 years of work experience;
2. Have rich experience in strategic consulting and project management;
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English, and can be used as a working language.

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Goal-oriented, have good ability to withstand pressure, and have excellent research and analysis skills and innovative thinking;
2. Embrace change and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
