**SEAP Supply Chain Performance & Operations Analyst**

The SEAP Supply Chain Performance & Operations Analyst is responsible to drive business performance and operational excellence through performance metrics implementation / tracking, data monitoring/ reporting and target steering, lead all data collection and analysis to drive decision making to meet business target and for process improvement. He/ She will also support SEAP process and system harmonization, key strategic initiatives, Digital transformation and Innovation projects and new business models.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
KPI Alignment & Implementation and Target Steering:

- Establish harmonized performance metrics/KPIs with SEAP country and APAC region (e.g Inventory, OTIF, Sales Loss OPEX, WH&D cost, Slow mover, write-off)
- Develop the measurement, identify data source, design template and roll out sustainable tracking process
- Communicate and steer cluster and country’s SCM target, analyze the relationship between counter balancing targets

Data Monitoring & Reporting and Performance tracking:

- Track and report KPIs for monthly country and cluster S&OP, oversight of all country’s SCM performance vs target
- On-time diagnostic analysis of all data and KPI to initiate corrective actions and predictive and prescriptive analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Create, generate and distribute performance reports timely to support information sharing and decision making
- Generate visual dashboard, systematics tool and simplify and automate all data collection where possible
- Provide necessary training to end-users for new template/report roll-out

Business Operations:

- Manage cross-country cluster-level operations to ensure supply fulfilment and deliver business targets
- Conduct timely data analysis, simulation and scenario studies to drive decision making

SCM Process and System harmonization:

- Drive new capability enablement to improve processes, drive cost efficiencies and achieve E2E Supply Visibility
- Support successful implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives in SEAP (T2W, digital transformation) and develop SC capabilities to support new business models (NBM) & Go to market models (G2M)
- Support cross-countries continuous improvement initiatives, country best practice sharing

Data Analysis, Reporting & Governance:

- Create processes and template to collect, transform and model supply chain data across countries and functions;
- Visualize and interpret the SC data to gain insights for improvement and decision making
- Design and establishment of new reports (DataOne, Tableau, Power BI ) and rollout to drive business processes
- Identify and understand various data sources from different IT flatforms and systems in SEAP countries
- Utilize statistical data analysis to drive a culture of data driven decision making

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelors in Data Science, IT, Business Administration, or Supply Chain; 3- 5 years experience in Supply Chain is preferred
- Understanding E2E supply chain process; those with experience in Planning, S&OP processes are preferred
- Excellent MS Office skills (Specially Excel), ERP systems (SAP, APO), Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI..)
- Proactive, Agile, Eager to learn, Team player and a keen problem solver
- Ability to cleanse, transform and model data to provide clear visualization and interpretation for business decision
- Ability to influence & convince others
