Digital Agriculture Platform Lead, Seap

**SH O2O Platform Lead, SEAP**

The digital platforms lead owns the digital agriculture platform to engage customers (farmers) and drive commercial objectives from these engagement initiatives, working closely with Bayer's regional (SEA & PAkistan, SEAP) crop science teams. You will be responsible for designing the platform business model that best fits the in-country ecosystem and grower experience, drive in-country online-offline integrated platform growth and commercialization.

**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. **Overall leadership on delivering strategic platform vision and driving innovative culture**

a. Ensure delivery of crop science digital commercial platform transformation vision

b. Lead and manage smallholder farmers digital commercial platform org. as a dedicated unit

c. Act as a role model and champion for agile methodologies and new ways of working

**2. Digital new business model transformation**
- Drive the new business model design and implementation through building new online-offline integrated capabilities on the platform and orchestrating respective stakeholders to delivery the solutions & services in SEAP
- Take lead in owning, defining and tracking the business cases for future new digital business model investments

**3. Platform operation**
- Work closely with Product Management team to manage the in-cluster platform lifecycle, from ideation, market research, validation to Go-to-market, and commercialization
- Hypergrowth: Lead and drive growth on the platform to enlarge the direct farmers reach, DAU, stickiness, digital-enabled sales and new value pool opportunities

**4. Internal and external stakeholder management**
- Manage ecosystem business intelligence, monitor trends, competitive moves and scan for opportunities in the value chain (new ideas, partnerships)
- Lead partnership development and build a strong digital ecosystem partnership with a focus on innovation / due diligence of potential acquisition targets to accelerate capabilities building
- Be the key contact point in cooperating with DI, DT/IT for product prototyping / localization and driving the cooperation with commercial CS SEAP O2O resources to ensure successful delivery of product development and throughout scaling phase

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Experience of leading innovation transformation across a large corporation, setting-up and scaling product-led growth for digital ventures
- Strong commercial mindset and work experience with track-records in driving commercial growth
- Successful track-records in effective communication and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent writing and speaking in English and any other Southeast country languages

**This position can be based out of at any South East Asian country.**
