Singapore Region Diversified Full time

**Job ID**:

- To implement comprehensive TPM program.
- To conduct baseline studies of all existing machines.
- To draft TPM master plan/schedule.
- To setup system to track machine efficiencies and breakdowns.
- To generate reports relating to machine performance, budgeting, etc.
- To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines.
- To conduct tool box meetings and trainings.
- To assist Department Manager to maintain budget according to plan and track monthly expenditure.
- To participate and support all HSE programs.
- To raise PR for parts/service procurement.
- To setup system for spare parts inventory.
- To used CAD software for drawing machine layouts and spare parts.
- To look for parts substitution when appropriate.
- To participate in all Audits such as HSE, ISO, etc.
- To participate in ad-hoc projects when required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 6 years of maintenance experience in machine shop environment of which 1 - 2 years of Supervisory level is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing projects will be an added advantage.
