**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As a business development associate, the position reports to the Head Of E-commerce; works closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Digital Media team.**:
**Job Description**:
**Managing marketplace platforms Sopify, Lazada & Shopee etc.,**:
**Proceed daily online orders**:
**Liaise with Warehouse dept. on picking, packing and deliveries arrangement**:
**Liaise with customers on orders & deliveries arrangement**:
**Serve walk-in customer and response to online customer enquiry via phone call or platform**:
**Manage online daily sales promotion and campaign deals**:
**Assist in internal and external audits for stock take**:
**Prepare invoice, PO, DO and Packing list**:
**Handle purchasing for order**:
**All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned**:
**Requirements**:
**Able to start work immediately**:
**O-Level /A-Level / Diploma in E-commerce related course (preferred or equivalent)**:
**1-2 years relevant working experience**:
**Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude. Able to multi-task**:
**Detailed and a faster learner**:
**Able to thrive in a team base environment**:
**Proficient in MS Office**:
**Experience in SAGE, ACCPAC will be an added advantage**:
