**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with publishers and affiliate networks across the APAC region.
- Develop tailored commercial strategies that drive performance and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance to generate insights, define KPIs, and create data-driven growth plans for key partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential affiliate partners.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management — from planning and execution to distribution and reporting.
- Continuously seek new and innovative ways to work with affiliate partners to increase efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Campaigns to develop and execute impactful initiatives.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred
- Experience with affiliate networks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and BI tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a strategic approach and a passion for delivering impactful marketing results.
