How do we work?

In this role, you will:
- Execute a comprehensive partners marketing strategy specifically for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the ASEAN market.- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners across various channels, including online communities, social media, and industry events.- Negotiate attractive commission structures and partnership agreements.- Onboard and activate new affiliates, providing comprehensive training and support.- Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.- Leverage performance data to identify key growth opportunities, and collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that optimize their performance and drive business growth.- Provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and resolve challenges promptly.- Organize regular communication and engagement activities to foster a sense of community among affiliates.- Potential opportunities to travel and support overseas client events, representing OANDA and engaging with affiliate partners.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continually enhance program performance.- Understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends within the Asian trading community.- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximise program effectiveness. What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1-2 years in a sales, marketing, or partnership role, preferably within Prop trading, CFD trading, fintech, or the financial industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese is advantageous), with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.- Familiarity with CRM systems, AI, and data analytics software.- Existing network of contacts within the Asia trading community is a plus.- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.- Organised & Proactive: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.- Industry Passion: Genuine interest in financial markets and trading
