**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle full set of account
- Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable transactions
- Handling trade and inter-company payables
- Compiling employee expenses claims
- Handle audit/tax queries and provide information as required by internal / external auditors and tax agent
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Assist to prepare of monthly schedule. (i.e. Fixed Asset Schedule, Prepayment Schedule, etc.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Liaise with Local/Overseas Subsidiaries
- Prepare of Quarterly GST Submission
- Assist of Corporate Tax and liaise with tax agent
- Weekly cash flow and Forex forecasting
- Prepare monthly reporting with necessary analysis
- Other ad-hoc - duties as and when assigned
