Climate Impact X (CIX) is a Singapore-based global carbon exchange and marketplace that aims to scale the voluntary carbon market; through a joint venture by DBS, SGX, Standard Chartered and Temasek.

CIX offers distinct platforms and products that cater to the needs of different carbon credit buyers and sellers. The Exchange facilitates the sale of large-scale high-quality carbon credits through standardised contracts - catering primarily to MNCs and institutional investors. The Project Marketplace and Auction offer a curated selection of NCS projects that can meet corporate sustainability objectives. Each project on the Project Marketplace and Auction is supported by transparent impact, risk and pricing data.

Accelerate your learning curve with us — you'll get to work across diverse workstreams with direct access to C-suite and experienced leaders who will guide you in understanding the carbon space

The individual will support the Commercial team in securing supply agreements. Active participation in strategizing, negotiating and closing transactions with suppliers to build a robust supply pipeline of high quality carbon credits. The Commercial Supply intern will be primarily focused on working with Origination Managers in engaging suppliers and helping to build and expand the capabilities of the desk in the fast-evolving carbon markets.

**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
Assist with managing inbound leads which includes meeting support, on-boarding coordination, responding to general enquiries
Assist with market research and project analysis to support developments in the supply pipeline
Managing the NDA delivery and execution processes
Help develop project's marketing content & collateral with vendors
Support Commercial team with CRM system implementation
Maintain customer engagement updates in tracker and in CRM post rollout
Engage Legal, Compliance, Operations to support pre-trade, execution, post-trade queries
and much more

Is able to commit a minimum duration of 6-months full-time (ideal)
