Job Description

This internship is attached to the Commercial team and ideal for a technically skilled and collaborative individual eager to have a visible impact on sales operations through innovative tool-building and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain sales dashboards and pipeline monitoring tools using relevant data visualization and reporting platforms for both internal and external stakeholders.

Generate customized sales performance reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with sales, IT, and finance teams to gather requirements, ensure accuracy of reporting data, and drive continuous process improvements.

Support pipeline management by tracking key sales metrics, maintaining up-to-date opportunity records, and identifying gaps, risks, or bottlenecks.

Participate in the creation and presentation of dashboard prototypes and final products, tailoring designs to meet different audience needs.

Assist in the integration of various data sources to optimize tools and ensure robust, real-time reporting capabilities.

Demonstrate an outgoing, can-do mindset while contributing to cross-functional projects, fostering strong relationships across teams to achieve shared goals.

Proactively research, test, and recommend new technologies or methods for enhancing sales analytics and reporting efficiency.
