**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the team handling loans documentation in insurance, mortgage, property, vessel, equipment, auto products etc
- Supervise the team processing Letters of Offer, redemption and custodian function
- Maintain loan records in the system (creation, maintenance and deletion of customers’ records) / collateral and insurance records in the system.
- Monitoring and tracking of loan process
- Liaise with customers, lawyers, valuers when required.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
