**Responsibilities**:

- Handle loans documentation, with experience in Hire Purchase (vehicle, equipment), Block Discounting, Floor stock Financing, Unsecured Loan under Enterprise Finance Scheme & other loan products.
- Process/check letter of offer, disbursement and custodian function.
- Create/maintain/check client & loan records in the system.
- Monitoring and tracking of loan process.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers when required.
- Handling of documents for digital file.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
