Singapore CAM PROJECTS PTE LTD Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify, Propose, Plan & Execute marketing plans for the company's services & products
- Idea proposals and writing for all marketing campaigns. Ability to solve strategic and creative challenges with the emphasis on messaging, narrative, brand voice, tone and innovative thinking
- Perform market research, analyse & collect data, identify customers' behaviour and trends.
- Deliver marketing initiatives & improvements to company's digital presence
- Client management - Get relevant details and coordinate with the back-end team for project success
- Identify changing marketing and social media trends and learn to explore new ways to reach the target audience
- Write up for all marketing collateral, including brochures, EDM & websites
- Involved in management of company website & other social media platforms and e-commerce duties.
- Creating & coordination of marketing related content
- Assist on Job Posting on Social Media Platforms/websites and so on
- Prepare Presentation and Marketing Materials
- Improve Visual Merchandising Display Experience
- All graphics design work required by the company Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing
- Creative and good writing skills, graphics design skills
- Using of video apps, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, graphics design skills
- Facebook Ads / Tiktok, Youtube or any other channels
- Experience in Digital Project Management is a plus
- Good understanding of current online marketing trends and strategies
- Self-driven, independent, resourceful
- Creative thinker, attention to detail
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Possess professional integrity and business ethics
- Team Player with responsibility & initiative & open to contributing ideas
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Knowledge of e-commerce (such as Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, etc.) and social media platforms (such as FB, IG, etc.) will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
