**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the branding and marketing efforts of our bakery in Singapore.
- Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Training, and other relevant departments to drive campaign efforts effectively.
- Establish strategic brand partnerships to expand brand reach and enhance consumer engagement.
- Manage and direct agencies in developing and implementing digital and Public Relation strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative communications across various markets.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to translate brand strategy into actionable marketing campaigns, aiming to increase market share, enhance brand equity, and improve customer experience.
- Responsible for managing the annual marketing budget and monitoring campaign performance to ensure Marketing ROI targets are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in branding and marketing, preferably in related sectors such as Retail, F&B, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen understanding of consumer profiles and market trends.
- Well-organised with excellent timeline management skills.
