Brand Manager

**Job Description**:
- Research & Analysis skills with Understanding of consumer needs and behaviour, Strong analytical ability (analyse data, develop insights etc)
- Develop and set brand identity, character, tonality & values to ensure brand strengths and visibility through innovative and successful Branding campaigns
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met on a timely basis
- Responsible for portfolio deployment, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity
- Accountable for new product development, brand concepts including packaging designs to ensure category planning and brand growth through managing the product adaptations
- Plan and manage individual brand’s budget, including approval and detailed monitoring of all advertising and promotion expenses, sponsorships, etc.
- Adhoc as assigned.

- Understanding of the company’s business strategies, competitive environment and industry trends to proactively anticipate business needs and develop appropriate objectives and strategies.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and ideas into action.
- Ability to work harmoniously and develop interpersonal relationships with a variety of personality types; to be flexible and adaptable to various social styles
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience of consumer goods or related field with good knowledge of consumer marketing.
