- Are you an experienced leader who will drive the risk agenda and have experience in dealing with regulators?
- Are you a strategic thinker who implements sustainable technology risk frameworks whilst maintaining strong oversight over risk operations? Are you excited to be part of Singapore technology risk team in the newly formed Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO)? If the above sounds like you, then we want to speak to you. We are going through a major transformation, and we want you as our Technology Risk Manager based in Singapore.**Your team**
- we are responsible for technology risk management and ensuring regulatory mandated technology controls are designed and operating effectively for the UBS Technology organization.
- you will be based in Singapore, reporting to CDIO APAC Technology Risk Management head.
- you will be working closely with your counterparts within the 1LOD functional technology risk teams, business risk managers, Security Technology, Compliance and Operational Risk and Group Internal Audit

**Your expertise**
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in in Technology risk management, risk control, audit, regulatory policies, or compliance, preferably within Financial Services
- experience in managing Singapore regulator (MAS), in-depth understanding of Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan’s key technology, cyber security regulations and understanding of outsourcing and BCM regulations.
- strong and in-depth understanding of organizational operations and risk management
- top-tier communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to outside regulators and auditors verbally and in writing
- impeccable problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, and with senior business executives
- sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI)
