The Head of Technology Risk & Compliance is a key member of the extended Technology Leadership Team

This role will be accountable for leading technology risk & compliance team for Asia, and responsible for implementing framework and governance of Technology and Information Security controls.
- Leading the Technology Risk and Compliance
- Managing regulatory & audit engagement
- Driving initiatives for technology risk management and process improvements
- Leading and driving the implementation of risk management and compliance policies and frameworks across Australia in association with Enterprise Risk to ensure risk and compliance disciplines are embedded (including risk profiling, incident management etc.)
- Ensuring there are adequate processes/controls in place to meet technology obligations, attest to their adequacy and drive understanding over key areas
- Demonstrating and providing strong leadership with regards to professional standards and industry practices within the technology risk management discipline

**Requirements**:

- Extensive leadership experience in complex Technology Risk and Information Security environments, preferably within the Financial Services, Banking or Insurance sectors
- Experience working in complex financial organization previously in IT risk / Audit / Compliance function
- Exposure to regional role will be a big plus
- Significant understanding of technologies and contemporary technological challenges
- Familiar with MAS TRM
- Experience in leading IT risk team
