**Role: VP, Technology
Our Esteem Client is looking for VP, Technology in leading the Enterprise Technology Strategy, Planning and Delivery. You will be responsible for handling the technological resources and overseeing development, implementation, and management of our technology infrastructure, as well as lead our team of technology professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business goals
- Ensure the security and integrity of the business and implementing robust cybersecurity measures and compliance standards.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.
- **Responsible for the Design, Implementation and management of the technological architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.**:

- Involved in the developing of the Research & Development Roadmap and Strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as business units, vendors, and authorities, to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
- Strong experience leading a large team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing Enterprise Technology (CyberSecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure and Software) strategies.
- Good involvement in Research & Development and drawing out Roadmap and Strategizing.
- **Strong technical expertise across a range of technology domains, including Enterprise Infrastructure, Software/ Application, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing.**:

- Strong understanding of communication technology, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management experience.
- Strong in developing the R&D Technological Roadmap and Strategic Planning.
- Experience in managing technology budgets and resources, with a strong understanding of financial principles and business acumen.
- Good domain in the Government/ Commercial Sector.
- Possess Degree/ Master in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
