Desktop Support Engineer L2

**Engineer strongly preferred to have at least 1-2 years of WOG and VIP support experience.**
**Engineer will be station at MSE building (40 Scotts road) and willing to support at Waterhub (80 Toh Guan Road East)**
**To be on 24x7 standby and support VIP via phone after office hour.**
**- Minimum three (3) years of Desktop Support, ICT End User Computing or Service Desk Agent experience with networking and system administration background;**
- Ability to perform advanced technical troubleshooting and problem analysis;
- Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve technical problems escalated by Level 1 Desktop Support Engineers in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues;
- Have excellent communications and inter-personal skills and are able to express themselves clearly in both spoken and written English
**- Possess at least one (1) of the following certification or educational qualification**:
**(i) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Client or equivalent;**
**(ii) Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) in one or more of the following**:
**Desktop Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Communication or equivalent;**
**or**
**(iii) CompTIA A+ 220-801/ 220-802, CompTIA PDI+ or equivalent**
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
