**We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver audiovisual (AV) projects from concept through to installation. This role involves hands-on technical work, project coordination, and stakeholder management.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
On-Site & Technical Work
- Travel to client sites for equipment installation, working closely with local partners.
- Receive, prepare, and configure AV equipment in the workshop.
- Administer and operate installed IoT systems (routers, readers, PCs, etc.).
- Provide first-level maintenance and after-sales support for AV hardware.
- Maintain accurate communication and updates with internal teams and third-party vendors (locally and overseas).

Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end project execution with technical teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality service to meet customer expectations.
- Organize and manage inventory and equipment stock.
- Regularly report project progress and next steps to your manager.

Partnerships
- Collaborate with local fitters, suppliers, and integrators to deliver turnkey AV solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new integration partners to enhance service capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to support the full lifecycle of AV products.

Technology & Innovation
- Stay updated on AV trends and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in AV project management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with computers and digital tools.

**Technical Skills**:

- Deep understanding of AV systems (LCD/LED screens, video players, etc.).
- Solid networking and connectivity knowledge.
- Ability to tailor solutions for high-end/luxury clients.
- Capable of clearly presenting complex technical concepts.
