**The role is required to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end audiovisual (AV) projects across the Asia region. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can manage installations, work closely with local partners, and ensure seamless delivery of immersive AV experiences for clients in the luxury, retail, and corporate sectors.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of AV projects from planning to on-site deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (integrators, fitters, suppliers) to deliver end-to-end AV solutions.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate logistics including stock management, equipment preparation, shipping, and site readiness.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to management and clients.

**Technical Execution**:

- Configure and test AV equipment (e.g. LED/LCD screens, media players, routers, IoT devices) in the workshop prior to deployment.
- Travel to client sites across Asia to support AV installations and ensure correct setup and integration.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, first-level maintenance, and support post-installation service.
- Administer connected AV systems, ensuring functionality, connectivity, and network performance.

**Stakeholder & Vendor Management**:

- Act as the key point of contact between Digitalli’s technical teams, clients, and third-party service providers (including international partners in Europe and Asia).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local AV integrators and service vendors.
- Evaluate new technology partners to ensure consistent quality across all delivery touchpoints.

**Technology & Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AV hardware, interactive displays, and IoT solutions.
- Continuously propose improvements and innovations that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with the premium standards expected by luxury and high-end retail clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing technical AV projects, preferably within digital media, advertising, or experiential marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, digital signage, interactive displays, and connectivity solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring AV hardware and familiarity with network infrastructure.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with regional clients and vendors.
- Willingness to travel regionally for installations and partner coordination.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in luxury retail or high-end experiential environments.
- Knowledge of IoT technologies or smart retail solutions.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring or content management systems for AV networks.
