Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams across international locations—spanning design, engineering, quality, operations, and commercial functions—to deliver new products from concept to launch. You'll be a key driver in aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering business goals on time, within scope, and on budget.

Beyond product development, the role may also involve leading strategic or operational initiatives such as process improvements and change projects.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:

  • Project Planning:

  • Co-lead projects with Product Development leads, ensuring alignment on success criteria.

  • Execution and Monitoring:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across international teams to ensure aligned execution.

  • Monitor progress against timelines, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalate roadblocks that impact delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage and align internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Communicate clearly and regularly across all levels, from team members to senior leadership.
  • Manage expectations and balance competing priorities or success metrics (e.g. cost vs. timeline).

  • Budget and Resource Management:

  • Apply portfolio-level oversight to track budgets, resource allocations, and utilization.

  • Coordinate with functional leads to ensure adequate resource availability.
  • Track and report on financial performance against project budgets.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation including schedules, risk registers, and decision logs.

  • Lead preparation of reports and presentations for governance reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management frameworks and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading end-to-end technical or manufacturing projects, preferably in household appliances or relevant industries.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
  • Exposure to functions such as procurement, supply chain, production planning, and go-to-market activities is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Confident, authentic leadership with the ability to set clear direction and drive team alignment.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Your role in leading our success drivers & representing our unique mindset:

  • Lead us to be " RARELY SATISFIED "
  • Make things better each day; " PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION "
  • Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that " DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ,"
