**Hello from Mitrade **We are a regulated FinTech company offering OTC derivatives online trading in many financial markets. We are actively looking for talents to join our Sinapore team (HQ).
- The Product Manager is responsible for driving the product definition, scope and delivery of collection and disbursement services. This includes identification, development, and implementation of innovative digital capabilities for collection and disbursement solutions.
- Strong knowledge about product development life cycle and have experience with UI/UX design, test case review and operational process optimization.
- Gather business requirements and conduct competitor analysis to build best in class solutions.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization, assessing partners solutions against business, technical, market and regulatory needs. Direct our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements and develop a detailed product scope, feature specification with business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business partners on the project implementation
- Using project management skills to ensure on-time delivery of each new product and feature
- Conduct sharing sessions about the new or enhanced product/service

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of experience working as a product manager in Fintech or similar industry.
- Ability to read and understand payment APIs and workflows, experience gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed technical requirements
- Ability to prioritise and work independently as well as in a team environment
- High level of initiative and passion to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to evolving responsibilities related to keeping pace with shifting market requirements.
- Strong verbal, listening and written skills in both English and Mandarin, as communication with teams in China is required
