High knowledge in IT (software) is required to do quick action in solving the problems or bugs that occur in cloud systems.
Devising plans and strategies to protect cloud system from being disturb by the occurring bugs.
Primarily function to prevent damages or losses by implementing precautionary and corrective measures.
Maintain familiarity of recovery plans for every critical function.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and/or respond to outages.
Manage, research, and resolve complex customer escalation incidents.
May design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management.

**Maintaining system documentation**: Document system processes and procedures, maintain system documentation, and ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Monitor threats, alerts, and security vulnerabilities for systems; implement response plan for various types of threats and attacks.
Assist in the formulation and design of cloud disaster recovery processes.
Test and validate cloud disaster recovery processes.
You will work in accordance with the 18 hours shift to handle security incidents - investigate and provide security solutions ( shift schedule provided)
Partner and participate in customer troubleshooting calls and incident root causes analysis workgroups.
Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
3 years experience of working in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.

**Technical skills**:
You should have a strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure, as well as experience with programming languages (Javascript, Java, Golang), operating systems (Linux, Unix), and database management (MySQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS is also desirable.
Good understanding of all aspects of security research and development.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, network, and security systems
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies, such as AWS
Experience with AWS with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure and automation. (e.g. AWS: EC2,RDS, ELB, EFS, ELK, ElasticCache, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, AMK,EKS )
Open-minded and willing to accept all kinds of challenges.

**Problem-solving skills**: You should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Masters Degree
