**About Lumen**

**The Role**:
The Commercial Operations Support Analyst I (“Analyst”) is responsible for supporting the quoting deliverables for potential deals within the Commercial Operations team. The role of this Analyst will be integral to driving accurate and competitive proposals for potential opportunities.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and prepare the deliverables required to successfully respond to potential opportunities
- Expedite quoting support process by facilitating requests with appropriate internal groups, coordinating completion, and ensuring timely responses
- Provide commercial operations support for won deals, including, but not limited to submitting BANs and orders
- Utilize current budgetary pricing tools (e.g., rate cards, regional pricing intelligence tools) to help provide a competitive response to Large Deals and RFPs.
- The Analyst will be responsible for developing an intimate knowledge of sales and quoting systems and be familiar with how a typical opportunity runs from quoting to it being a firm order.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the Commercial Operations team (i.e., Offer Management, Strategic Pricing, Contractual Management) and within the Quoting Ecosystem (i.e., Product, Complex Offnet Group) to help put together the deliverables for RFPs and large deals.

**Requirements**:

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2+ years
- Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and SFDC will be a plus
- Detail-oriented and ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and results-oriented professional.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Develop effective working relationships with peers, sales team and across organizational lines.
