**What You Will Do**:
As a Solutions Consultant at Airia, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions that leverage our AI capabilities. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and challenges, providing expert advice on how Airia's solutions can address them.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value and capabilities of our AI platform across clients from various industries (banks, government ministries, healthcare, legal firms etc)
- Assist in the design and configuration of solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring successful adoption of Airia's solutions.
- Communicate technical ideas effectively, translating complex AI concepts into practical business value
- Liaise with global engineering and product teams to provide inputs on feature requests.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

**What We Need from You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in technology or consulting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with eagerness to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-changing AI landscapeProven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to full-stack web development (front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue and back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Python FastAPI/Flask/Django)
- Basic familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful or GraphQL API design
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and tools such as Python ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Experience or strong willingness to learn AI orchestration and workflow automation platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and version control (Git)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in secondary language; confident working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
