Role Overview We are seeking a specialized Solution Consultant to lead the charge, demonstrating how this revolutionary, end‐to‐end platform is transforming high‐volume, frontline hiring across ASEAN. This role is not only about individual products; it is about delivering an Agentic AI solution that reduces time‐to‐hire by up to 75%, doubles applicant flow, and fundamentally humanizes the entire candidate journey. As a member of our diverse and skilled ASEAN Solution Consulting team, you will showcase the power of the unified Workday HCM, Candidate Engagement, HiredScore, and Paradox applications to prospects and customers alike. You will work closely with sales counterparts and sit at the intersection of Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management, providing exposure to various business areas. Your role is highly strategic, bringing the value of Workday's newest AI solutions to life and showcasing how the world of work can be transformed through intelligent automation. Responsibilities Deliver compelling, high‐impact product presentations and demonstrations centred on the unified Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox AI‐powered Talent Acquisition Suite. Lead discovery sessions and ideation workshops to identify and validate business needs, use cases, and goals, ensuring our solutions transform the candidate experience and improve recruiter and hiring manager workflows. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to confirm technical feasibility and alignment with the client's existing systems and infrastructure, creating solution designs that drive efficiency and impact. Facilitate strategic discussions with clients to ensure the solution aligns with their long‐term talent strategy and enhances candidate and user experiences. Clearly define the business value, including dramatically reduced time‐to‐hire and increased candidate conversion rates. Partner closely with sales and technical teams to design solution frameworks that consider necessary integrations, processes, and technologies. Apply in‐depth ERP and HCM product knowledge to provide technical expertise and resolve complex questions from HR and IT leadership. Contribute to qualification, demonstration criteria, RFX responses, and closure plans. Travel within ASEAN and potentially Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India. Qualifications Dynamic and credible expert ready to sell the future of work today. Outstanding presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging a C‐level Human Resources leadership audience. Extensive experience in the HR/recruitment technology space, with in‐depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms. Subject matter expert on the recruitment lifecycle, especially high‐volume and frontline hiring challenges. Profound passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation, believing agentic AI transforms the candidate experience. Passionate about Workday and excited to represent this new, industry‐leading AI capability to the market. Deep knowledge of the entire recruiting funnel, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer acceptance; able to speak the language of the CHRO and Talent Acquisition leader. Ability to map a customer's specific problems directly to how AI solves them, rather than just listing product capabilities.
