**About us**
GTRSG PTE LTD is a joint venture company between SATS Ltd and Air Asia We are a company that carries out ground handling services such as passenger services at counters, baggage handling and ramp operations at Changi Airport Terminal 4. We are currently looking for a Korean Interpreter for our Korean Air flights.
**Key Responsibilities** Scope/key responsibilities**:

- Greeting and attending to passengers at check-in counters and at flight arrival and departure gates
- Liaise with various stakeholders to assist with queries regarding flights, seating arrangement, baggage matters, transfers & transits, wheelchair needs etc.
- Facilitate communication with passengers on issues surrounding flight transfers, rebooked flights, accommodation and meals
- Make announcements at gates and transit areas
- Ensuring a smooth and timely departure process
- Aid passengers in need or when required
- Perform and assist with other duties as assigned

**Key Requirements** Key Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Korean
- Individuals with a pleasant, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skill
- Dynamic individuals with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Able to commit to weekends will be advantageous
- Able to commit to the following timings:

- 0730hrs - 1100hrs
- 1915hrs - 2245hrs
- 2145hrs - 0115hrs
