**Asia Pacific - Regional Education Executive, Cle de Peau Beaute**:

**MAIN PURPOSE**

At Clé de Peau Beauté, we are excited to invite a full time Education Executive to join the Regional HQ Team to partner and provide support for the Education department on developing training content, coordinate training conferences and other support functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanour. This is a 1-year contract role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with Training Managers in the 8 APAC markets to identify training needs, gather feedback, improving training programs and materials as needed.
- Support in the development and organization of training materials, presentations, and training resources.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve educational content and initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries from Training and Brand team regarding training programs, product information, and educational resources.
- Work with Global Brand Holder (Japan) to coordinate any requests or queries to support the education function in APAC.
- Provide administrative and logistic support in the planning, preparation for and execution of training conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Coordinate with vendors and hotels to schedule for conferences and training sessions
- Support events during educational conferences by setting up equipment, managing participant materials.
- Maintaining training library & database, to ensure that all information are up to date.

- Resourceful, highly organised and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and manage projects. Good with time management, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines and to work under pressure. Self-motivated

- Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, strong in oral & written communications skills. Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a bonus.
- Well-groomed personnel.
- Past experience in beauty, luxury retail and administration are welcome.
