**Job Designation: Executive Director**

**Reporting to: EMAS President**

**Job Description**:
1. Ensure daily operations of EMAS office and projects meet the required timeline and requirements.

2. Increase membership of EMAS and deliver value to members.

3. Oversee and manage EMAS hired employees - set KPI, code of conduct, policies and manage performance

4. Key contact point and manage government agencies and stakeholders effectively to implement Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Skill Framework

5. Implement transformation to improve the image of Cleaning Industry and attract new talents - ensure success of ES Workforce Day and meet the required number of nominees, organise career promotions and internships

6. Implement improvement programmes, training workshops, seminars/webinars and drive technology/digitisation adoption by EMAS members

7. Obtain government grant to support improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

2. At least 5 years in a managerial role with direct reports

3. Experienced in managing people and projects including being hands-on.

4. Excellent communication skills in speech and writing

5. Good track records on delivering results

6. Customer-centric and good team player

7. Good understanding of Cleaning/Waste/Pest Control Industry or Trade Associations is an advantage
