Position:Exceutive Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with board directors and committees to assess and address organizational issues effectively.
- Provide executive direction for company strategies, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Identify staffing requirements and cultivate a strong work culture that attracts and retains talent, aligning with the organization's mission.
- Enhance organizational visibility by serving as the main spokesperson and liaison with local media.
- Develop and execute a fundraising plan to manage monthly cash flow effectively.
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulations.
- Develop business plans in conjunction with the board to achieve organizational goals.
- Achieve aggressive annual fundraising targets through securing financial support from various sources.
- Coordinate annual fundraising events and oversee all external communications channels.
- Represent the organization at external events to bolster visibility, credibility, and brand recognition.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand community awareness and program offerings.
- Lead and nurture a dedicated team committed to fulfilling the organization's mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- More than 5 years or more years of management experience, preferably in related industry.
- Proficiency in public relations, marketing, and fundraising.
- Track record of successful collaboration with a board of directors.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with innovative business planning skills.
- Charismatic team player adept at public representation.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in bars and nightclubs
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel
