The Executive Director has overall strategic and operational responsibility Singapore programs, as well as the expansion and execution of its mission to provide support in the family and children sector, in healthcare related causes

This Charity is part of a global world wide MNC and this role manages the Singapore operations.

The responsibilities of the Executive Director include:

- **Program Management/Development/Administration**:

- **External Relations/Communications**:

- **Board Support**:

- **Financials - planning, budgeting and controls**:

- **Fund Raising for Community engagement as the parent company will provide a source of funding.**

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated energetic and visionary leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including developing and monitoring annual budget, and using data for informed strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and community-relations skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator that can work effectively with diverse groups, including staff, volunteers, business community, foundations, and other agencies.
- Strong project management skills, including an ability to manage multifaceted projects and achieve measurable program growth.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the mission.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
- Ability to demonstrate ethical behavior consistent with sound business practices and aligned with the values of the organization.
