**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to eHR digitization projects
- Assist in preparation of Employee P files, HRIS and administration related duties
- To maintain updated files on process documents
- Data Entry and scrubbing of staff systems information
- Ensure all submissions contain information and approvals as required
- To ensure a smooth end to end on-boarding process
- To assist in administering employee orientation programs and required documentation including induction checklist, feedback, on the job training,
- Provide support and assistance on relevant statutory compliance requirements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by JCU Singapore
**Key selection criteria**
- University Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Relevant education industry experience with high degree of detailed and repetitive work advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Trustworthy, discreet and confidence inspiring
- Able to multitask and deliver results within a set timeframe
- High initiative and energy levels
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
