Urban Renewables is aiming to shape the city of the future by developing and investing in sustainable energy solutions. We currently supply Solar and Electrical Vehicle charging points to many companies and condominiums in Singapore and are expanding our offerings into the carbon offset market. With a small team we have large ambitions and growth potential.

Urban Renewables is looking for an exceptional Sales & Business Development executive to grow our carbon offset offering. The role requires expertise in ESG principles and decarbonization strategies. You will be responsible for the growth of our carbon offsetting offering in Singapore.
We are looking for someone who is laser focused, results-oriented and great at seeking out and engaging with customers. You’ll play an extremely crucial role in the company as the first point of contact with potential customers and taking these leads through the entire process from inquiry to purchase and aftercare.

**What You'll Learn**:
- Expand your knowledge in the ESG proposition. Training to familiarize you with our exclusive & unique product portfolio in the renewable energy
- Be exposed to the art of building & maintaining fruitful relationships with clients
- Learn to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline funnel
- Identify, manage and approach leads & prospects
- Task prioritization, time management & operations excellence
- Build client lists and identify key contacts for our new carbon offset offering.
- Follow up on leads in timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of customers
- Handle all client enquiries pre and post-purchase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Coordinate their needs with the internal and external teams.
- Assist in refining the company’s sales & business development strategy and processes including quotations
- Helping in further divining our customer offering based on customer feedback
- Provide on-site client support as necessary
- Handle other sales-related administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
Work experience:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/orenvironmental sustainability is preferred.
- **Minimum **no less than 1 year of full-time work experience
Skills needed:
- Familiar with decarbonization strategies and ESG principles and guidelines.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in outbound sales and/or client acquisition
- Strong management and communication skills
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
Languages:
- Fluency in English is a must
