Singapore Keppel Infrastructure Full time

You will be part of the Team that will create needle-moving value for Keppel Infrastructure (KI) by being intimately involved in:

- Lead and perform carbon markets pricing, policies and researchers related to carbon
- Follow global trends of carbon markets and policies with consequent formulation of business opportunities to embrace the changes
- Assess partnership and M&A on carbon-related business opportunities
- Quantify KI business changes required to comply with the relevant carbon policies and prices
- Forecast carbon pricing trends based on macroeconomic factors
- Follow voluntary carbon markets and own a database of viable network of project owners/developers
- Identify opportunities for carbon offsets and Executing the financial feasibility and project risks for development of carbon offset projects
- Perform commercial negotiations of carbon offset purchases
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A good degree in Economics and public policy or related field
- Familiarity with research tools and technologies and the ability to derive insights from the same
- Experience in carbon pricing system, carbon markets, voluntary carbon markets, climate and energy policies
- Conversant with excel and other modelling tool and able to build market sizing and financial models
- Proficient in conducting interviews and capable of executing both primary and secondary research
- Use of Python and Power BI for carbon reporting and analysis related activities
