- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am - 12 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $4,300 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + Site Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes, record measurements, and interpret data, specifically focusing on SCADA system operations to align with the company’s digitalization goals.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow within the facility.
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of facility processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Determine the organization and setup of operations to improve process efficiency.
- Manage the implementation of new processes and procedures within the plant.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise with processes, procedures, and operations to prevent downtime and losses.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance throughput and the quality of output.
- Manage cost and time constraints to ensure projects and process improvements are cost-effective and timely.
- Provide detailed process documentation and operating instructions to promote standardization and understanding among staff.
- Actively participate in and perform Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Serve as a turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdowns, minimizing impact on production.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the process industry.
- Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, process improvement, and safety management.
