Global logistics provider.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain constructive and effective relationships with customer representatives, to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
- Co-ordinate and liaison in supply chain process with customers, freight forwarders, transporter, to ensure on time delivery and receiving.
- Host toolbox meeting, work with warehousing, shipment plans, HR on manpower allocation and warehouse/Yard space planning
- Manage inbound/outbound cargo, consumables materials and supplies level
- Maintain WMS system, accuracy of inventory records and shipment status reports
- Handle shipping documents requirement such as B/L, D/O, Manifest, Portnet, JP Online etc.
- Project budgeting, cost management and invoicing.
- Conduct cargo and cycle-count audits, monitor various operational KPI’s, with follow up actions and reporting.
- Support port, warehousing and other cross functional activities as and when required.
- Outline container stuffing and unstuffing plans, review safety and operation method statement.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, tidiness, and upkeep facilities infrastructure
- Cargo quality, operation safety and efficient management, whilst always seeking opportunities to improve.
- Creative in solving supply chain and operation issues, meeting deadlines and timely response to queries.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good understanding of logistics supply chain management ideologies and practices.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and vessel operations.
- Able to work outdoor and in a industrial settings, including working outside office hours when required
- Class 3 driving license and forklift license is an advantage
- An ITE NITEC or Higher NITEC Certificate or Logistics related diploma, with min. 2 years prior experience in logistics services, warehousing or manufacturing

**Additional Information**
- Location: Jurong Port
- Basic salary up to S$3,500 per month, Transport Allowance, AWS, and PB.
- 5.5 days work week
- Working Hours: M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-12:30pm
