We are hiring an **Events Designer & Creative Specialist**to take our event visuals to the next level. This role is ideal for a creative who blends hands-on layout execution with either **3D visualization**or **motion graphics**capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Branding & Visual Design**

Design compelling visuals for events including backdrops, stage panels, directional signage, and digital displays.

Create visual concepts and moodboards that align with event themes and client expectations.

**Proposal Mockups & Deck Design**

Collaborate with the creative director and sales team to design high-impact proposal visuals.

Translate creative concepts into clear, polished client presentations.

**3D Modeling & Layout Visualization**_(preferred) _

Develop immersive event renders using tools like SketchUp, Blender, or 3DS Max.

Produce scaled 3D mockups of stage setups, booths, or event spaces for client approvals.

**Motion Graphics & Screen Content**_(preferred) _

Create animated visuals, opening stingers, sponsor loops, and LED content for live shows.

Edit recap reels and create visual storytelling content pre
- and post-event.

**Production Support**

Prepare print-ready and fabrication files for vendors.

Liaise with production and operations teams to ensure designs are installable and technically feasible.

**Trend Tracking & Creative R&D**

Keep up with current design, animation, and event tech trends.

Recommend creative ideas that elevate our proposals and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in either:
3D tools: SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or 3DS Max
Motion graphics: After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of event layout, branding, and/or animation work.
- Attention to detail, fast turnaround skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to adapt visuals based on stakeholder input.
