EXECUTIVE, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible to assist in managing operational, manpower and administrative matters
of the Environmental Services and Linen Services Department so to ensure a safe,
clean, and comfortable environment. Job roles will include but not be limited to the
following:

To manage respective service contracts and to work closely with service
partners to ensure that the systems, operations, services, and programmes are
maintained at a high-quality standard and in compliance with legal requirements
and key performance indicators.

Conduct inspections and audit checks to ensure service partners’ service
standards.

To work and coordinate closely with internal & external stakeholders including
vendors for feedbacks/operational matters so to ensure that respective services
are delivered and maintained in a seamless manner for the comfort of residents,
public and staff.

Involved in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, workflows, budgets,
workplan, business continuity plans and other written documents of the
Department.

Participate in various continuous improvement programmes and projects.
To support and manage other tasks/projects assigned as and when required.

Requirement

Degree, preferably with relevant experience in operations
Excellent team player yet with strong individual focus, interpersonal, written and

verbal communication skills along with problem-solving abilities.
Able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
