The Senior Executive, Environmental Services is responsible for the following services of Thomson Medical Centre:
a. Housekeeping and cleaning services

b. Linen/laundry services

c. Food catering services

d. Waste management - biohazard and general waste

e. Pest control services

f. Landscaping and horticulture services

The Senior Executive, Environmental Services shall:

- Carry out quality improvement projects and monitor quality of the various Services by conducting inspections and audits to ensure that the required services are properly carried out.
- Maintain accurate records of shift assignments, quality control issues and infection control protocols and outcomes.
- Work in conjunction with Infection Control to ensure adequate disinfection practices are implemented and enforced.
- Work with and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that contracts are effectively managed.
- Work with managers and director on the department budget including monitoring the use of overtime and tracking supplies and equipment usage.
- Work with vendors to review and evaluate different types of equipment, inventories, housekeeping supplies and equipment, selects and requisitions of new or replacement supplies and equipment.
- Oversees waste minimisation and recycling programs
- Involve in the performance management of staff and manpower planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A recognised Diploma
- At least 5 years of related working experience in healthcare or hotel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good team player
- Good communication skill
