Admin Bookshop Assistant

Administrative role and some retail work (selling of books, stationery & packing). Working hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm.
Job scope:
- Administrative work such as keying in orders, computation/ simple checking of supplier's invoices, filing & etc.
- Sell textbooks and stationery to children, teachers and parents.
- Packing of daily orders (stationery such as pens, erasers & etc)
Requirement:
- Basic English and Computer Skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Able to do simple mental calculations, count and give correct change.
- Able to lift and carry books (around 5kg) off the floor and onto the table during year-end sale of textbooks (November to December).
- Able to start work immediately/ with a short notice period.
- Must be willing to learn, positive attitude and can work independently after training.
