**Career Summary**
The role will be responsible for enabling Ssquad Global expand sales and drive commercial results through customer acquisition, channel enablement and revenue growth in the market. With your deep understanding of the operations in a business and our technologies, this role will solution for enterprise and mid-tier organizations
- interconnecting software, cloud, and networks for our customers.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Formulate and execute on a strategic sales plan for relevant region/market that expands company’s customer base and grows revenue.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities from prospecting through to sales proposal development, contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain the relationship between key customer stakeholders and Ssquad Global.
- Promote Ssquad Global and its technology to prospective customers and within channel.
- Ensure you possess deep knowledge of Ssquad Global’s business, technology product offering and value proposition.
- Develop sales materials including PowerPoint slides and Word document content that explain Ssquad Global’s capability at a high level to customer executives and decision makers.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored solutions using Ssquad Global’s technology.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Work with internal teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time for the benefit of the Reporting Manager.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex selling, multiple stakeholder sales cycles, and technology solution selling.
- A deep understanding of the operations in a business and strong commercial acumen.
- A proven track record in understanding and being able to communicate complex technology and solutions.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from sales planning to close, and know-how to navigate solutions that drive ROI.
- Polished, confident and experienced in communicating and presenting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders at various levels in the negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with exceptional time management and able to solve problems.
- Builds effective relationships and develops trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
- Is effective in building and utilizing market knowledge and insights.
- Demonstrate understanding of Strategic Selling and the process and use of Blue sheets or other frameworks.
- Can articulate the Blue sheet for strategic accounts to the Executive team.
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION**
- Accomplished, senior Sales Professional with at least 3-5 years of enterprise software or SaaS selling experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in selling to Telco / Enterprise Customers/ Systems Integrators / MSP’s is essential.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
