**Who we're looking for**:
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and empathetic Portfolio Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of project delivery, customer satisfaction, capacity planning, and project profitability. As Project Manager, you will also co-consult with the team to uncover insights, helping clients achieve their goals and removing roadblocks where possible and relevant. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including creatives and business development, to ensure that all project requirements are met.

You will be required to efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time. You will need to:

- Understand the project to determine and define project scope and objectives, and conduct independent research to understand the project and stakeholder needs on a deeper level.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Meeting deadlines is your responsibility - you will need to ensure that the team sticks to the assigned dates.
- Coordinate with clients to gather required information and assets to kickstart the project. You will also need to anticipate resources needed to meet project objectives.
- Work closely with diverse teams to make sure that deliverables are on track with project requirements, schedules and stakeholder needs. Where needed, you will help bring the client and team back to the key objectives, acting as a driver and motivator in the process.
- Manage client expectations and consistently communicate project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, timelines, adjustments, and progress.
- Discover efficient strategies for optimising productivity and minimising resource utilisation to achieve maximum impact.
- Demonstrate meticulousness in generating high-quality work that minimises the need for revisions and showcases a thorough grasp of requirements.
- Address project risks early and provide prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
- Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements, and track costs to meet the budget where necessary.
- Measure project performance and proactively gather feedback to identify areas for improvement, and ideate solutions for the team to improve swiftly and effectively.

**Key qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or any related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superb organisational skills including attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in seeing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure. Drive positive interactions among key team members and stakeholders.
- Forward thinking and be able to creatively develop solutions that add value to our stakeholders.
- Project management certification is a plus
