**Job description**

We are recruiting for a Portfolio Manager role for a fund that pursues capital appreciation over the medium to long term by investing in real estate, including developing hotels and other real estate properties.

The Portfolio Manager will take the leading role in fund raising, conducting research and executing the strategies.

Given the nature of the strategies involved, the role requires a strong analytical background and in-depth knowledge of real estate investment and structuring.

**Role-Specific Accountabilities**
- Proven experience in hotel portfolio management and investment analysis is a must.
- Oversee daily monitoring of the portfolio and ensure effective execution of investment strategies.
- Evaluate potential hotel acquisitions, development projects, and repositioning opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment strategies, performance updates and market outlooks to stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication and relationship management with both existing and prospective investors.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably holds a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with experience in hospitality asset management.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in real estate and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel.
