**SCOPE OVERVIEW**
- Managing of fixed income and cash for internally managed portfolios.
- Evaluate the risks and opportunities for the portfolios, giving due consideration for market conditions, ESG, portfolio constraints, hedging, asset-liability management, liquidity, regulatory capital and accounting treatment.
- Management of tactical asset allocation (TAA) and investment benchmarks for various assets/portfolios.
- Contribute investment ideas and working closely with product and actuarial teams for insurance product development.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in economics, finance, investment, mathematic, actuarial sciences, statistics, accounting, engineering or any other related qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing a portfolio of investments, preferably in an insurance company.
- Experience managing a credit fixed income portfolio is a must.
- Relevant investment knowledge on assets as well as good understanding of liabilities and regulatory impacts (eg RBC2, IFRS)
- Knowledge of investment requirements of insurance products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Excellent presentation, communication and written ability
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong aptitude for financial and research analysis
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous in numbers
