**Job Title: Senior Business Consultant (Banking Sector)**
This role will be a team member for the banking sector. You will be involved in the banking implementation project for a Japanese Bank in Singapore.
**Pre-requisites**:

- Must have project management hands-on experience
- Able to communicate with stakeholders, users and members in system implementation in banking industry
- Has experience in written reports in both Japanese and English languages because of the stakeholders involved
- Have experience in huge management meeting setting
- Able to communicate in both Chinese and English languages
**Description**:
1. **Business Analysis and Project Management**
- While taking a bird's-eye view of the banking system, draw out, analyze various business processes, policies, and IT requirements for the system or region in charge. Based on the results of the analysis, create To-Be model and mmunicate with both IT and coordinate opinions among stakeholders to validate
- Lead the discussion with relevant stakeholders and make several documents such as a requirement document and a specification document etc.
- Creation of the project plan document, which are inclusive of Master-schedule, WBS, Team-structure, Role & responsibilities, Deliverables, Risk & Mitigation plan, Test plan, Operation plan and Migration plan.
- Lead getting consensus from all relevant teams and its managements on project plan.
- Build-up delivery team and manage them by tracking progress with WBS/Issue List and setting up necessary meetings.
- Take full responsibility on Scope Control, Risk management, Issue handling, and quality control of deliverables.
- Requiring frequently communicate with the client in order to align with its directions.
- Create some deliverables and do development and testing with delivery members.
**2.**Management report**
- Creation of Management report.
- Update progress, Key issues and risks to both head office and local managements, facilitate the meeting.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 7-years’ experience with IT p[project related and financial sector and/or consulting business.
- Highly preferred to have experience of PMO experience of the IT related project.
- Must have good communication and documentation skills.
- Highly preferred to have consulting experience.
- Optional to have Chinese language skill - for our Chinese Market and banking clients
- Articulate with ability to communicate effectively in all levels
- Able to start in a short notice period
- Consulting background is highly preferable
- Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
- Preferred current base in Singapore and able to work full time onsite
- Must be fully vaccinated
