JR65685 ENGINEER - PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT DRY ETCH

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Establish and improve process condition and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
- Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
