**Department**:NAND Technology Integration - Dry Etch Process Development

**Title**:Dry Etch Process development Internship

**Description**:The Dry Etch Process development internship program aims to provide students with training and practical experiences in dry etch process set up and development during new product introductory.

**Scope**:In this project, the student will learn:
Setting up effective and robust Equipment and Process Control systems to maintain process performance and prevent any excursion.

Developing Dry Etch process recipe for continuous yield improvement and cost reduction

Assisting in the transfer of new etch technologies from development to production, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.

Identifying and resolving Equipment/ process-related issues that may arise during production.

**Deliverable**: Establish and optimize the Dry Etch Process to achieve HVM readiness.

**Impact**: You will be supporting NPI TD activities in developing Micron next generation of 3DNAND.
